To produce safe, sustainable, and efficient Power Generation with respect of environment and our contractual obligations, we are committed:

Ø     To maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment for all employees/suppliers/visitors;

Ø     To satisfy our contractual customer needs.

Accordingly we will:

·        Operate, and assess our facilities according customer load demand, ensuring health, safety and environment for our employees/suppliers and neighborhood.

·        Strive to eliminate or minimize waste and release at source conserving natural resources.

·        Maintain and develop standards and procedures to continuously satisfy the requirement of safety, health, environment and quality in our processes.

·        Train employees to be aware of their individual safety, health, environment and quality responsibilities.

·        Manage all activities in compliance with applicable Vietnamese legislation and other requirements.

·        Periodically assess our performance against stated objectives and targets and strive to improve it continuously by setting yearly targets.

·        Communicate this policy to all our employees/suppliers, customer and neighborhood.
